The Kaiser Family Foundation has a variety of resources and tools for understanding health care reform, including a 13-page summary of the law and a subsidy calculator.
Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is focused on improving the health of individuals and improving the health care system (delivery, cost, and quality). They have issue briefs and reports on how health care reform will impact these areas.
Consumer Reports has a number of articles aimed at consumers that review insurance changes in the health care reform law. Articles include a timeline and Medicare changes.
